Very impressed with how thorough the inspection was! Very detailed, easy to read report with pictures, videos, and an explanation of the issue as well as recommended methods to fix any issues found. Lanny is superb. His report is well detailed and understandable. In my particular situation, My USDA lender required a technical certificate to be filled as part of the professional home inspection. Most of the local inspectors did not bother as it goes beyond the scope of home inspection. However, Lanny went above the call on this one. For that reason I highly recommend him. He not only comes with 15 years of experience but also can help with appraisals.

Lanny did two inspections for us - one on the property we were selling and one on the one we were buying. He found all the things we knew were wrong with our current property (and more!), so knew he could be trusted when it came to buying a home. The reports he sends are very detailed (with photos and explanations) - he even provides helpful info on how to fix if it’s something relatively simple. This was so helpful because my husband couldn’t be present for the inspections, but we knew Lanny’s report was just as good as being at the inspection. We would recommend him to our friends and family!

Lanny did an excellent job inspecting a house for us! Even though we were in love with how the house looked, there were many hidden problems.
